Swedish Meatball Recipe (Easy !!!!!!)
Meatballs:
2 lbs of hamburger (You can use one pound but you will be sad when they are all gone!)
Ritz crackers 1-2 packs
1-2 eggs
Parsley
Garlic salt or Garlic Powder
Cumin
Onion Powder (Opitional)

Sauce:
Cream of mushroom soup (Family Size)
Milk (4-5 tbs)

Break up the hamburger meat into a bowl and then add garlic salt. (I eyeball this recipe, but if I HAD to say it would be about 1-2 tbs of garlic salt.) Add2 tbs of parsley (more or less to your preference) add about 2-3 teaspoons of cumin. Add 2 teaspoons of pepper and onion powder. Add eggs and FINLEY crushed Ritz crackers. (I throw them in the food processer for a couple seconds) mix until well incorporated and meat is sticking together in a ball.

Roll into meatballs and brown. while browning the meatballs, mix family size mushroom soup and milk in the bottom of the crockpot. After meatballs are browned (but NOT cooked through) drain VERY WELL. I let mine sit in the collander for a few minutes. Then put the meatballs into the sauce and cook on high for 3 hours or low for about 5 to 6. When you open the lid there might be a little grease on top, just dip it out from the middle and stir well (you want a little bit of grease for flavor!) Serve over noodles with peas or any other veggie on the side.

I apologize for the lack of photos in this post ESPECIALLY the fact that its food but my camera is haveing technical difficulties at the moment so I will upload photos as soon as possible.

Pinnapple angel Cake.

Literally all you do is mix a 20 oz can of pineapple and one box of angel food cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the top is brown and golden. This was so good, next time im going to put a can of cherry pie filling on top. The Cake is light, fluffy and Moist.

Red Velvet Dirt Cake

This red velvet Dirt Cake Looks awesome.
I havent made it yet but I am going to very soon.
When I read the recipe it gives a homeade recipe for the cake, to be honest I would just use boxed duncan hines because I am not experienced with mixing cakes myself, especially red velvet which can be hard.
Now if you prefer homeade go right ahead and use the recipe in the link. Which you can find by clicking on the picture of the Red Velvet Dirt cake.
It looks awesome.
